Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Some items may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons — this will be noted on the product.

How to request a return

Start a return from your order history. Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method for prepaid orders, or to a bank/UPI account you provide for Cash on Delivery orders. Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days of the returned item being received, though your bank may take additional time.

Shipping charges
